The Crosseyed Cricket holds the annual Clinch River Primitive Skills Knap-In and Atlatl Throw and it is one of our favorite places to go. It's beautiful, serene and the folks there are like family. which is now closed. We could look in
the windows and see the tables - and
the nostalgia was quite overwhelming!
My son and I wish we could have eaten
here to add to our memories. They say
this was quite a popular place up until
the owners retired. The campground
is still open year round and there are
numerous camper trailers in the back
of the property whose owners leave
their camper trailers year-round and
come here as a get-away.
